1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the person using the Hey Asistan mobile and desktop applications (the “Application”) and the services offered through heyasistan.tr (the “Service”) (the “User”), and Bahri Meriç Canlı (“Hey Asistan”). By downloading the Application and creating an account, you are deemed to accept these terms.

2. Description of the Service

Hey Asistan is a personal productivity application that turns spoken notes into text, categorizes and summarizes them, and suggests tasks and calendar events. The Service is available on iOS, Android and macOS.

3. Account and Authentication

Access to the Service is provided through your Google account. Google Calendar permission is requested for calendar features; you may revoke that permission at any time in your Google Account settings or in the Application.

4. User Obligations

• Not to use the Service unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that infringes the rights of others,
• To keep your account access secure,
• Not to attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Service.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Category suggestions, summaries, tagging and task extraction are performed using large language model (LLM)-based automated processing. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you should verify them before relying on them for important decisions, including appointments, health, or legal matters.

6. Changes to and Termination of the Service

We may add, change, or remove features to improve the Service. You may delete your account from within the Application at any time; this action cannot be undone.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Bahri Meriç Canlı cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from data loss, missed reminders or appointments, or errors in artificial intelligence outputs.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
