1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the person using the Hey Asistan mobile and desktop applications (the “Application”) and the services offered through heyasistan.tr (the “Service”) (the “User”), and Bahri Meriç Canlı (“Hey Asistan”). By downloading the Application and creating an account, you are deemed to accept these terms.

2. Description of the Service

Hey Asistan is a personal productivity application that turns notes — spoken, typed, or added from the camera (by recognizing printed text in the photo on your device) — into text, categorizes and summarizes them, and suggests tasks and calendar events. The Service is available on iOS, Android and macOS; the features offered may vary by platform and app version.

3. Account and Authentication

You can access the Service with your Google or Apple account, or use it as a guest without signing in; in guest mode your notes are stored only on your device. Google Calendar permission is requested separately for calendar features; you may revoke that permission at any time in your Google Account settings or in the Application.

4. User Obligations

• Not to use the Service unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that infringes the rights of others,
• To keep your account access secure,
• Not to attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Service.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Category suggestions, summaries, tagging and task extraction are performed using large language model (LLM)-based automated processing. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you should verify them before relying on them for important decisions, including appointments, health, or legal matters.

6. Paid Subscription (Hey Asistan Pro)

Taking notes is free. Hey Asistan Pro is a monthly, auto-renewing subscription that provides higher monthly quotas for AI processing and MCP queries. It is purchased through the payment system of the store you installed the Application from (HUAWEI AppGallery, Google Play or the App Store).

• Payment is charged to your store account (HUAWEI ID, Google or Apple account) when the purchase is confirmed.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the current price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can turn off auto-renewal at any time: on HUAWEI devices in Settings › HUAWEI ID › Payments & purchases › Subscriptions; on Google Play in Play Store › Profile › Payments & subscriptions; on the App Store in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and Pro features remain available until then.
• Refunds for used periods are subject to the refund policy of the respective store.

7. Changes to and Termination of the Service

We may add, change, or remove features to improve the Service. You may delete your account from within the Application at any time; this action cannot be undone.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Bahri Meriç Canlı cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from data loss, missed reminders or appointments, or errors in artificial intelligence outputs.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
