Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your Hey Asistan account and the data linked to it at any time.

Deleting from within the app

1. Open the Hey Asistan app.
2. Go to the Settings screen.
3. Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account, your notes, your note categories, your tasks, your calendar connection records, and the related access sessions on our servers. Paired smartwatches lose their access at the same time.

If you cannot access the app

Send an email titled “Account deletion request” to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account. We process the request after verifying your identity.

What is kept

Unless we have a legal obligation to retain it, all of the account data above is deleted. App store purchase and invoice records may be kept by Apple, Google or Huawei under their own retention policies; Hey Asistan cannot change those store records.
